Biography
Geoff qualified as an ACA in 1986 and successfully passed his Institute of Tax final exams in 1987. He joined Watson Associates in June 1999 from another mid-sized Sussex-based practice.
His special skills centre around his ability to use his considerable experience in tax and business planning matters for his clients’ benefit. His work focuses on strategic tax and business planning, group restructuring, preparing businesses for sale, and advising business owners throughout the sale process. His client portfolio primarily consists of larger partnerships, companies, and corporate groups.
